The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Telling me upfront my cost and completing it. It made a bad situation not that bad. If I need work done again; I will call them first.

  • Thursday night our hot water stopped. The next morning I called and they had a plumber at my house on time. James was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, and gave me options. We took replacement of the hot water heater. The old was 25 years old. In a matter of hours, which included him driving back to Joplin to get what he needed, we had hot water again. I highly recommend MC Plumbing.
